Véronique Beaumont
With over 35 years' experience in the luxury and fashion industry, Véronique Beaumont has established herself as a leading figure in the field of creative marketing and talent development. She began her career with Karl Lagerfeld as a commercial attaché, before moving on to prestigious houses such as Paco Rabanne and Sonia Rykiel.
She then played a key role in the international expansion of the Marcel Marongiu brand as general manager and associate of the designer, notably with Japanese partners Tsukamoto and Itoyokado. She subsequently held the position of merchandising and international marketing director for Christian Lacroix, first under the aegis of LVMH and then the Falic group.

In 2009, Véronique founded her own independent consultancy, VB Talentspotting, dedicated to supporting emerging designers and brands. In 2017, she took over the management of ESMOD Pro, before becoming Managing Director of ESMOD International in 2020.
A specialist in persona marketing and passionate about talent development, Véronique Beaumont now shares her unique experience, combining creativity, strategy and in-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.
