On this page, your company has two options to invite its customers and prospects.
My invitations
1. Click Configure my invitation
2. Personalize your invitation
3. Import guests
4. You can Import your list
You can also add guests manually and view the recording status after import.
New - Invitations are sent instantly few minutes after creation.
My invitation codes
1. Click on My promo codes
2. Click Copy promo code (invitation code)
3. You can share the code by email
You will then be able to track in real time the buyers who used your code and who came to the show thanks to you.
You can share the link below with the pre-filled invitation code. Limit of 200 uses per code.

Understanding the different statuses
There are 8 statuses for your guests:
Registered : Your guest has already registered for the event and has received their badge by email. It will not be revived.
Imported : Your guest has been imported into your list.
Email sent : The invitation email has been sent to him.
Email opened : The invitation email has been opened.
Email clicked : The invitation email has been clicked.
Opt-out: This person has requested not to receive emails.
Unreachable : The invitation email did not arrive at its destination (case of a soft or hard bounce). You must check the email address provided, there is a strong chance that it is incorrect or no longer valid.
Not finalized : Your guest has started their registration, but has not completed it.
